At Camera West, we stand behind our gear with a 14-day return policy to ensure you are completely satisfied with your photography equipment. Whether you are upgrading your lens or testing a new body, we offer a straightforward process for returns and exchanges.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and lens caps, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for tracking.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the equipment's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
